The Pascual Flores, winner of the Tall Ships Races 2025, continues its adventure to defend its title in the next leg of the race — from Harlingen (the Netherlands) to Antwerp (Belgium). After two unforgettable days of celebrations in Harlingen, the crew will once again hoist the sails and join the international fleet for another thrilling stage of the competition.

Sail through the North Sea, working together in watches day and night, steering, navigating, and trimming the sails as you race towards the Belgian coast. Experience the power of teamwork and the excitement of traditional sailing as you head for one of Europe’s most historic ports.

Your journey ends in Antwerp, where the harbour will come alive with the Tall Ships festival — full of music, parades, and crew events celebrating the spirit of adventure and friendship that defines the Tall Ships Races.

Harlingen is a historic trade and fishing port in Friesland, the Netherlands, with roots going back over a thousand years. Its charming old town features well-preserved streets and buildings, perfect for exploring on foot. Despite its small size, Harlingen has a lively atmosphere and was a proud port of call for the Tall Ships Races in 2022. With its gezellig pubs and welcoming vibe, Harlingen is an ideal stopover for any traveler.

Antwerp is a beauitful Belgian city on the River Scheldt, connected to the North Sea via the Westerschelde estuary. With deep maritime roots, it’s home to one of the world’s largest ports. Arriving by train? You’ll be welcomed by the stunning Antwerpen-Centraal station. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the Rubens House and the contemporary Museum aan de Stroom, while Chocolate Nation, the world’s largest Belgian chocolate museum, offers a delicious experience for just about everyone.

Pascual Flores

The Pailebote “Pascual Flores” is an original vessel and different from the vessels that sail our waters today. During the first years of its life, the Pailebote was dedicated to the export of fruits, salt and general cargo, both in Mediterranean ports and anchorages, as well as in the north and west coast of Africa. It has a length of 34 meters, 8 meters beam, 3 meters draft and a total area of 415 square meters.

Sailing on the sailing boats of the Nao Victoria Foundation is a magnificent human, technical and natural experience. You will take part in the sailing watches and experience the camaraderie of people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds, all as fond of the sea and boats as you are. You will learn navigation techniques, manoeuvring, knots and rigging, as well as getting to recognise the main stars and constellations. And all this in a natural environment as different, indomitable and incredibly beautiful as the sea.

A mini adventure full of humanity. My dream since I was a child, to see the sails swell in the wind, with the bow cutting waves up and down. Swallowing the sky, swallowing the sea. I am one of those who never stop, I do not miss even the smallest detail and Nao Victoria and you have filled me. All my nights different, always ecstatic. Captain, crew a 10, volunteers, I have no scale to name your dedication, your courtesy, your bizarreness. Historically well prepared, I now admire even more those heroes who preceded us.
