Get on board the pailebote Pascual Flores and feel the experience of travelling on the restoration of the boat built in 1917. Become part of the crew, using the same sailing techniques, with training on navigation, charts, use of sails, knots, etc. And, above all, feel the sensation of sailing a wooden boat, steered by a pintle.

Departing from the port of Calais and arriving at the port of Granville, this crossing lasts 3 days, corresponding to 225 nautical miles (415 km). It will allow you to make an unforgettable voyage through the famous English Channel, passing very close to Great Britain, until you reach the town of Saint Brieuc, where you can visit the “Chapelle de la Maison Sant Yves”, you can also visit the famous Basilica of Saint Stephen, which looks like a fortress (in the past it was used both as a church and as a fortress). Many more tourist attractions will surprise you in this enchanting city. An experience that will leave you spellbound on board the Pascual Flores.

The Pailebote “Pascual Flores” is an original vessel and different from the vessels that sail our waters today. During the first years of its life, the Pailebote was dedicated to the export of fruit, salt and general cargo, both in Mediterranean ports and anchorages, as well as on the north and west coast of Africa. It is 34 metres long, 8 metres wide, has a draught of 3 metres and a total surface area of 415 square metres.

Sailing on the sailing boats of the Nao Victoria Foundation is a magnificent human, technical and natural experience. You will take part in the sailing watches and experience the camaraderie of people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds, all as fond of the sea and boats as you are. You will learn navigation techniques, manoeuvring, knots and rigging, as well as getting to recognise the main stars and constellations. And all this in a natural environment as different, indomitable and incredibly beautiful as the sea.

A mini adventure full of humanity. My dream since I was a child, to see the sails swell in the wind, with the bow cutting waves up and down. Swallowing the sky, swallowing the sea. I am one of those who never stop, I do not miss even the smallest detail and Nao Victoria and you have filled me. All my nights different, always ecstatic. Captain, crew a 10, volunteers, I have no scale to name your dedication, your courtesy, your bizarreness. Historically well prepared, I now admire even more those heroes who preceded us.
