After the crew’s welcome and getting settled on board, you will be given a presentation of the vessel and safety instructions.

After casting off and leaving the port of Paimpol, we will head for the Channel Islands; the itinerary will include Jersey, Guernsey, and/or Alderney, depending on weather conditions and the decisions made by the crew and trainees. Feel the thrill of the adventure beginning! Explore these fascinating islands: discover their beaches and picturesque little harbors. Take advantage of free time to taste local specialties. Return to the port of Paimpol with a head full of memories, new sailing skills, and a fresh appreciation for the sea.

• Visit Beauport Abbey: Explore this impressive 13th-century maritime monastic complex located by the sea. Its gardens and Gothic ruins offer a unique historical journey surrounded by orchards, meadows, and exceptional biodiversity.

• Excursion to Bréhat Island: Take the ferry from the nearby Pointe de l’Arcouest to reach the “island of flowers.” It is a car-free paradise, ideal for cycling among pink granite rocks, towering lighthouses, and almost exotic vegetation.
