BOARDING DAY 09/07 AT 20:00H
DISEMBARKATION DAY 12/07 UNTIL 20:00H
Get on board the NAO VICTORIA and feel the experience of travelling on a replica of the ship that sailed around the world for the first time 500 years ago. Relive how those sailors used to sail, the great feats they did on that ship and experience first-hand the greatest maritime feat. Be part of the crew, using the same sailing techniques, with training in navigation, charts, use of sails, knots, etc. And above all, feel the sensation of sailing a wooden boat, steered by a pintle.
Departing from the port of St Brieuc and arriving at the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer, this trip lasts approximately 2 days, corresponding to 240 nautical miles. It will allow you to make a very special voyage through French waters, heading towards the maritime festival of Boulogne-sur-Mer. From St. Brieuc, we will set sail for the Boulogne-sur-Mer maritime festival called Fête la Mer, which will take place from 13 to 16 July and in which other historic boats will be taking part. When we disembark on Wednesday 12th at 20:00 you will have time to enjoy the festival and get to know the town. At the entrance, you will be able to enjoy the rest of the boat sailing. Visit the impressive aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer with marine species from all over the world; enjoy the beach and visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.
