Get on board the NAO VICTORIA and feel the experience of traveling on a replica of 500 years ago with which the first round-the-world trip was made. Relive how those sailors used to sail, the great feats they did on that ship and experience first hand the greatest maritime feat. Be part of the crew, using the same sailing techniques, with training on navigation, charts, sail use, knots, etc. And above all, feel the sensation of sailing a wooden boat, governed by a pintle.

Departing from the port of Garrucha (Almeria) and arriving at the port of Ibiza, this short trip consists of approximately 2 days of sailing corresponding to 200 nautical miles. It will allow you to make an unforgettable voyage along the coast of Almeria and Murcia reaching the warm waters of the east and set course for the island of coves and clear water: Ibiza.

Ibiza has a great amount of touristic interests that you will be able to visit. Among them are: its fantastic beaches where you can take an authentic rice, as well as the castle-fortress of Ibiza. Also visit the museum of the sea or its municipal aquarium with a great variety of marine life. Its crystal clear waters and this small island will leave you speechless. Nao Victoria

The Nao Victoria is the replica of the first ship that sailed around the world with Magellan and Elcano, achieving the greatest naval feat of all time. It was built in 1991 and in 2004 it sailed around the world again to commemorate that trip. It has 3 masts and bowsprit, 6 sails with 290m2 of sail area. With capacity for 22 people, it usually has 12 people on board with bunk beds. Wooden boat more familiar and spartan, with the smallest spaces, with incredible stories and adventures.

Sailing on the sailing boats of the Nao Victoria Foundation is a magnificent human, technical and natural experience. You will learn navigation techniques, manoeuvring, knots and rigging, as well as getting to recognise the main stars and constellations. And all this in a natural environment as different, indomitable and incredibly beautiful as the sea.

I am one of those who never stop, I do not miss even the smallest detail and Nao Victoria and you have filled me. All my nights different, always ecstatic.
