You will board Morgenster in Sete on the Mediterranean south coast of France.

Here in Sete it’s the last day of the maritime festival “Escale a Sete”.

Once all guests are on board, you’ll get a tour over the vessel and if you like we’ll teach you the first ropes.

In the afternoon we’ll participate in the big Sail-Out-parade together with all the other ships. Afterwards we’re off towards the sunset and Spain.

Getting closer to Castellon, which is near to Valencia, more and more ships will appear on the horizon, and all will meet in the afternoon of the 21st to sail together the last miles into Castellon de la Plana.

At the next day after breakfast it’s time to say goodbye again.

The Morgenster is a thoroughbred sail training vessel.

The many sails with their running rigging, makes collaboration a natural necessity.
The trainees are full members of the crew. They are involved in all aspects of life at sea.

The thrill of real sailing with a square rigged clipperbrig fosters teamwork, promotes smooth cooperation and functional leadership training.

We provide Sea Experience Voyages to several schools, maritime schools and the Dutch Royal Navy.

You are welcome on one of our sailing holiday trips, to enjoy the piece quiet and pureness of sailing a square rigged Tall Ship. The summit of these experiences is sailing over the ocean.

Sailing on the sailing boats of the Nao Victoria Foundation is a magnificent human, technical and natural experience. You will take part in the sailing watches and experience the camaraderie of people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds, all as fond of the sea and boats as you are. You will learn navigation techniques, manoeuvring, knots and rigging, as well as getting to recognise the main stars and constellations. And all this in a natural environment as different, indomitable and incredibly beautiful as the sea.

A mini adventure full of humanity. My dream since I was a child, to see the sails swell in the wind, with the bow cutting waves up and down. Swallowing the sky, swallowing the sea. I am one of those who never stop, I do not miss even the smallest detail and Nao Victoria and you have filled me. All my nights different, always ecstatic. Captain, crew a 10, volunteers, I have no scale to name your dedication, your courtesy, your bizarreness. Historically well prepared, I now admire even more those heroes who preceded us.

The person who decides to make a voyage aboard the nao Victoria will find: a wooden ship that tries to recreate the feeling of being in one of those primitive ships that achieved such great feats, with a crew of people enthusiastic about sailing, the history of Spain very close, attentive and friendly, which will allow us to participate in all maneuvers and activities.
